A little while ago I posted and asked others what patterns they were interested in. Although there were views, no one replied. :(
I would like to hear from carvers and scrollers who may be interested in working on some "untested" designs. Before we offer the patterns to the public, we like to test them. However, we simply don't have the time to do this for the number of patterns that need to be tested.
Most of the designs are "unconventional" scroll saw patterns in fretwork, intarsia and segmentation. Many of the patterns are easily modified to suit relief carving and other crafts such as stainglass.
So, if you are interested ... please feel free to pm me or add to the thread.
Take care

So, what sort of patterns are we talking about? Animals, scenery, machinery, people?
I might be interested in animal patterns suitable for carving.

I am mostly into scrolling.I do general woodworking also.
I am retired and do have some time on my hands.
Give me an idea what you have in mind and we can go from there.
I would not like to commit myself until i have more information. If it takes to much of my time and then i have to pull out,it would not be fair to you.
You can e-mail me at phil.malo@videotron.ca....

Hi Toni;
I too could be interested as well. I do alot of fretwork, however I am trying to get more into intarsia. I also just ordered 3 of your patterns this morning to try.
Cheers
Mike

Hi Mike,
Thanks for the order! It is very nice to see orders for the patterns - I tend to draw a heck of a lot somedays and getting the patterns "out there" is the final step in bringing the designs alive.
We have had a good number of responses to helping us test the patterns, so if you or others haven't been contacted - please know your reply is appreciated.
Please make sure to post some photos of your work for me to check out how you've interpreted the designs!
Take care
Toni
