I posted some pictures previously of some of these round mini-boxes that i make.
I want to get into making more and possibly selling them.I was running out of 'special' wood and i had been looking around for a supplier.I was a little leery about trying some of the US firms when i finally went to Langevin & forest web site.They are still in the process of doing the english site.
I do not do the credit card thing but go for cash.They have a COD service and on Monday the 28th of August i placed an order for 6 different boards of 6" by 24" by 1/4 inch thick.
I expected a 4 to 5 day wait.On Wednesday morning the 30th,at around 09:00 am the postman was at my door with my order.That is from Montreal to Gatineau in under 3 days by post.I know some of the credit goes to Canada Post but that's what i call service.
I now have enough material to make 36 boxes....I also have quite a few new designs to try out.More pictures to follow in the future.
