Well we finished it. Sue and I have been working on a CD collection for about a year and constantly made changes to the projects that were going to be included. A while back I asked scrollers what kinds of projects, functional or decorative, were the most popular. Unfortunately there was no reply to the post.
Personally, I enjoy making the decorative projects the best. Sure it is nice to incorporate scrolling into other woodworking or into functional projects but I find the decorative more relaxing to cut.
There were a couple members here who have purchased our first CD, "Weekend Scroller 2006" and have emailed us with comments about specific patterns on the site. This CD is a compliation of both functional and decorative projects, in both fretwork and segmentation. We look forward to seeing some photos of completed projects posted. :)
