When spraying shellac with one of those little L.V. pressurized cartridge sprayer I seem to be having some problems getting it to flow out, expecially where heavier droplets fall on the piece. It almost looks like a fish-eye but it's not as I am spraying on a clean surface.
I have heard of an additive that reduces surface tension of film finishes like shellac that help it flow out better on edges (preventing "fat edge"). Think it was on Jeff Jewitt's site. Anyone know if there's an alternative "home remedy for this or at least another, local, source?
