Hi Nick. I have the King and am running a 4" to the machine port and 3" to the top, all flex. I am still setting it up,but mostly there. Max air flow would be 5" so 3" + 4" = 5"(area of a circ.)- sp from ducts. I also run 1 machine at a time but occationally do a short job without the DC(lazy).

BTW Love the DC.

Hi Nick. I can't help you with the piping, but I just picked up a 2HP Trademaster from the Leamington HH store for $299. Claims 1450 CFM and comes with a (again claimed) 1 micron bag and a clear and cloth bag for the bottom. Runs on 110v but draws 16 amps. My BIL put in a new 20 amp circuit for me. I haven'd used it alot yet but I was pleased with the fit and finish and assembly was easy enough. The manager even matched the Busy Bee price for the 2 tool accessory kit. Might be worth a call. Ask for Wayne.
