Hello All:
I need to rout a bullnose on the front edge of some shelves that are 4/4. Is there such a thing as a 1" bullnose router bit? I'm not real good with radii, so maybe I'm looking for the wrong thing...don't have a clue!!! Can anybody help?

Gentlemen:
Thank you. I checked both the Lee Valley and Freud catalogs and didn't see either of those. Duh!!![]()
Or use a 1/2" roundover bit with a fence on the router table.

Use a ½" quarter round router bit on each side and this will give you a bull nose. This is how I do-it and believe me, I do alot of bull nose moldings
