The canadian Mint in wpg sells coins...

Most post offices sell Canadian coins, some may have the higher end ones available in store, if not they could get them from you.
Allbeit not an option, ebay had a number of them.

I'll sell you a loonie for... one dollar?
You might try contacting your local bank(s). They would hopefully be able to tell you if any of their branches deal in gold.
A friend has purchased a few gold coins (including a 99.999% Maple leaf gold coin) this way, through the central branch of one of the banks here. I recall he had to make an appointment with the 'gold broker' and there was some paperwork to be filled out before the transaction could be completed. What they have on hand varies, and some times they may have no gold at all.
The mint would be a good option, but if your client specifically want one of the 99.999 maple leaf gold coins (canadian mint was the only place producing coins of that purity last I checked) you may be out of luck as the two recent mintings (700 and 3000 units) are listed as sold out.

As mentioned previously, either option will significantly increase the value of the humidor
You could check with the dealers listed on their site:

This could be an option:

but only if they are not set on the 99.999 maple leaf gold coin.
Check with the local coin collector stores. Most carry the silver and gold coins as well as the old collectible coins.
