This is really well cut expecially for your first project.
What kind of scroll saw do you have?
Uncle Don
PS: I only did one project and was hooked too.
Thanks Don. I had to do alot of sanding on this one, I figured out after that it was the blades I was using.
Once I started using the Flying Dutchman blades things got much easier.
I have a crapy Mastercraft Scroll saw. I would never recommend a Mastercraft to anyone, but I bought it thinking that I wouldn't use it that much.
Boy was I wrong.

The mastercraft saw died again, I went through 4 saws in 6 months. I am without a saw right now and going through some scroll saw withdrawal symtoms. Looking at the Dewalt DW788.
if the budget is tight, you might consider an old machine like a beaver or delta. i mean really old!!
i have a beaver thats 60 yrs old, bought it on a whim(it was cheap), havent used it yet though
id be interested in how it compares to a modern good quality machine in the hands of an experienced scroller
my shop is a beaver lodge

I picked up a Dremel 1800 yesterday. The guy hardly used it and I got it cheap. Hopefully this will get me through until i can get the Excalibur.
