The picture Mike put up is from the General International 25-200, that lathe is of course not a General, but the General International and has a 12" swing.

The OP states that his lathe has a 10" swing lathe, which would make it the General International 25-100 M1, see picture.

And yes they both are called Maxi lathes, more confusion again

It is the 25-200 Leo, I figure the stated distance was above the banjo.

It and the chuck are sold pending me picking them up tommorrow night.

Good for you Andrew, much better lathe than the 25-100, and yes the swing is 12" over the ways, that is the standard way of measuring, not over the Banjo
