    Default A couple of recent marquetry works

    1. Music Stand with marquetry, used on an old piano:





    Size: 18"x11", used cherry and maple wood, finished with oil and varnish.



    2. Tea Tray,

    My newly designed tea tray, size: 9"x9", mahogany and bubinga, with Chinese painting style marquetry. This comes as a set of my coaster products which I have made for many times.

    This is the first tray I made a few months ago.

    The tray will be a good match for my coasters. Those are the very first coasters with marquetry I made in 2008, I have made several dozens of coasters since then, it is a lovely gift to all my good friends:
