The "(all in use)" means he needs a spare set....

150 does seem kinda steep, my 4 sets all came as freebies with the attached tool, fifty bucks and id grab them even at another 50-60 for shipping
"new old stock" and "instructions", who cares
besides, next week i'll have a spare set anyway!! although they would look great under my 3900 sander!!

I seem to recall people jumping at the chance to buy a set for $100 a handful of months ago. Now that doesn't mean $150 is a good price, but considering the condition and dirty paper which is rare even with such a common manufacturer. I could see him getting his price, if not very close anyways.
Would I buy them...?..., no shot.

well I picked up a used set in new Brunswick last year for around 60 bucks for Jacques, dropped them off on the way home
new or used? who cares. sure the paper stuff is neat to have, but not worth 100 bucks plus
there's plenty around if you're patient, usually attached to an old machine
