  • Small addition

Started a 425 sq ft addition on the back of our house to enlarge the living room. Contracted out the full basement which included the excavation and final grading. We Started the framing 8th. of this month and hope to have roof shingled sometime next week. Have a roofer lined up for that job. My brother flew in from B.C. to help which proved invaluable. It is hard framing by yourselfThe wall covered in Tyvek is being removed and a girder truss is in place to support the ends of the roof trusses of the existing house. I am putting in a vaulted ceiling and the siding on the whole of back of house will be Hardy Plank cement board. Will eventually remove all the vinyl siding on the rest of house. Have one post set in place for a deck that will be part of addition 76754914-8760-4A45-8C9E-48B91A423969.jpeg F711E8ED-D64F-4445-B1C3-3B6633EA98AD.jpeg 82B8F69B-B568-499F-88A1-6C3C49672785.jpeg

Hope you don't want the drywall you gave me and my son a couple of years ago back,
We used it renovating his condos.
