  • Sewer Story

Sewer disconnected by FBN contractor working next door. No one was living in my half of the semi detached house for a few months. The neighbour living in the other side had the sewer replaced by a contractor using a torpedo style machine.

Contractor is AWOL, poor neighbour is in his dotage. I'm left holding the bag.

Unfortunately you have nobody to go after for negligence but thankfully you have it fixed before winter.

Only 5 feet deep. That eased the pain a bit.

Might want to double band those Fernco fittings before you bury the line.

Now you tell me, when it's too late.

No roots in the excavation or inside the pipe. At least I have that going for me.

Don't suck too hard, or you will get a nasty surprise.
