        What kind of flour did you use? Glad you enjoyed it. Did you use a tall dutch oven or something else?

          I just used Robin Hood bread flour. I have a small, not sure of the size, cast iron Dutch oven.
          I have used for other breads, this loaf did not touch the lid. Perfect size for this bread
