  • Veggie Bacon Pasta

    Made this again tonight only used zucchini instead of yellow pepper and had some time to take some pics for a photo thing that's happening. First is the veggies ready and the next is the dish finished.

    I don't think I posted the recipe here last time so here it is in case you want it. It's very quick and easy and tastes nice and light. It's also good for you -- if you care. LOL.

            It is pork bacon. The title is what's in the pasta.

              Thanks for sharing. It looks very delectable. The recipe will lend itself to many variations.

              In years past I used to make a similar dish( ingredients varied for each preparation ) only I used pasta sauce in the stir fry.
