    hello Hanif,

let me start by saying thank you for your interest in my situation.

I take my hat off to you sir! I’m impressed for several reasons that you entered this conversation regarding this issue. For me personally, this is a BIG deal. For me the two most important parts are the manufacturing quality and costumer care/service, and your post is an A+ in my mind from the customer service end. I will certainly pm you my email.

      Re: Craftex 15” helical planner?

Well, for those who are interested. I think I have narrowed it down to the bearing moving in one of the four cast metal posts/shafts. Which of course allows the entire table to tilt diagonally and move up and down. I though maybe a retaining clip like in the picture may be missing, but I can’t really see into that part of the machine. Anyway, just wanted to see if people had that problem before and might know a way to fix it? Now that I think I’m starting to narrow down the problem a little

They’re still working on it, I imagine they’ll get back to me soon. Just wondered if anyone else has encountered this problem with a fix...

Awesome that Busy Bee Tools is here and watching and helping the members.

But, it still is nice to keep the conversation going for everyone's experience. Are there parts lists and drawings available for the machine in question?

How can you be working on something without having the machine to look at.

I think it is possible to work on things without having product in hand. I spent the last 38 years never touching the things I have fixed. But then I do work with software.
