Busy Bee 10L Table saw Model 210A. Need a new bar to attach the fence too.

I have recently purchased a Busy Bee 10L Tabke saw Model 210A. It's missing the circular bar at the front that the guide bar (fence?) hooks onto. Would anyone know what size or a good way to replace it would be? Is it better to buy a newer guide bar?
