  • Band saw wheel tires

I have a Craftsman 12” band saw. Having trouble finding tires that are 3/4” wide. Anybody know where to find?

R&D bandsaw has tires, if not for 12” they would probably know where to get them.

There are a bunch on Ebay. R&D does not have 12" tires, but can sell you the length that you need. You would have to glue them on. Here is one listing from EBay, there are others.

They do, but they are 7/8" wide. http://www.leevalley.com/en/wood/pag...36,56060,56043

Any reason why they couldn't be trimmed after installing?

I would say no, but the op specified 3/4" wide.

                  Re: Band saw wheel tires

My guess is that a 7/8'' wide tire becomes 3/4'' wide once stretched around the wheel.
