  • Forum Name Badges

Hi, following up on the idea that it would be nice if we had Forum name badges for use at shows and events, I approached Rob Brown about the idea.

I've attached the PDF he provided for us.

Next time I'm at the show I'll wear one................Regards, Rod. NameBadgePDF.pdf

I'll have to stop by work to pick up one of those name tag holders, or else I don't know how to attach it to myself

Maybe I'll bring a safety pin just in case.

Andrew, you're a woodworker, you need to use glue or a brad nailer obviously

              Re: Forum Name Badges

I made these for our turning club. 1/8" ply, painted and sprayed with water borne lacquer. Worn on a neck ribbon.

Personalized and each member (and wife if wanted) has their own.

You know, I love the idea of nametags, but I really do think they should be wooden. Wooden name tags would be awesome.

No reason you couldn't use the template for a wood nametag Ryan...............Rod.

Just to clarify, those are cut in the wood, correct? Or, is it a printed label?

They are wood. 1/8" ply, cnc carved, sealed, painted, sanded and the spray finished.
