I took apart my cabinet saw to change all the bearings... forgot what day it was and wondered why everything was closed

Family has gone to their homes now. Just working on dovetailing a new saw till. Nice relaxing work after a really bust weekend with kids and grandkids. Finished up the mitres and beginning to put in the supports for the saws.

I cut 4 old maple sofa legs (those short taper ones that you screw in) to 3-1/2" for a friend. She'll use those to raise an antique dinner table that's just too low. Also examined a set of 6 lathe chisels that I picked up locally for $10 on facebook marketplace. They're made by Greenlee, must be the same company that makes those metal punches. They look well made.

Not in the shop this morning but put the fascia board on the garage in progress and finished assembling the new bench and put the laser in place this evening. I’ll go back at the garage next weekend and hopefully get the laser fired up in the next few weeks.
