  • Trying to Decide on a Tablesaw

I came across this posting the other day.

Does this look like a good deal?

    Thanks,

I've got an earlier model of that saw (same fence) that I've been using for 35 years. It's a nice saw, but the price seems a little high. Make sure the electric requirements fit your shop

Not sure, but it seems to be missing the extension table & the top is rusty?

Cast iron cleans up easily. I sold my 20 year old Unisaw for $1200 a few yrs ago.

Yeah, and keep in mind that a unifence absolutely needs an extension table!

Take a board and go try it out. If you're happy, offer full asking price, if you're not walk away or offer what you think it's worth.

I personally wouldn't offer full asking price based on the pictures.
