    Thanks!

If you search on YouTube, you will find some that were put together with fishing line. Those REALLY seem to be floating without any visible connection between base and top.

Not sure what you are asking - how do you mean "racking"?

The table is surprisingly stable. It does not jiggle for long when bumped. When picked up and held sideways, it does not sag.

    Thanks!

Do a search on YouTube for Tensegrity, and you will find lots of examples. I was not aware they were not better known.

BTW, Tensegrity is a made-up work, from Tension and Integrity. I suppose it means tension in balance, but I am not sure how you get "balance" from "integrity".

I, too, have not seen anything like this.
But then I've been self-isolating since March 16

I have been seeing a lot of these on YouTube for the last couple of months. A summary of five outstanding examples by Belts and Buckles get me interested, and provided the example that I used as inspiration. That can be seen at:

The ones that are really cool IMHO are the ones that use fishing line or somesuch, something that is all but invisible, so that the top half of the table seems to be floating in midair without any support. Thus the name "anti-gravity table" came to be.
