What are you going to use for a blade? I got the Bad Axe 31" back when the dollar was at par, and it wasn't cheap even then. I see they've started selling hardware kits for dude woodworkers -- kind of takes the thrill out of scrounging, grinding, drilling and painting metal.

I got my blade and mounting hardware from Blackburn Tools; the blade I'm going to use is a custom length. I considered numerous sources for a blade but I ended up choosing from Blackburn because he offered the widest blades giving the a high beam strength and therefore, the least deflection while cutting.
