Well Bubbles certainly has a pestiferous look about him. Why was he exiled from the house?

Just watched the first 3 videos as well, video number 4 is starting now and i can't wait.

Just a question on your MASSIVE planer, how is the with that 3 blade cutter? is it comparable to a 3 knife jointer? would it benefit from a Helical style cutter head ?( if they are even available for that monster )

Hi, I'm glad you enjoy them! Appreciate hearing it.

That massive planer actually has a segmented cutterhead in it believe it or not! It needs a little work to get it running but as soon as I'm finished the huge crosscut, I'll be on that one! I have all new inserts so as soon as I get 10 hours or so to put them all in, I'll do it! It's going to be a big job!

              Here's a thread on the beast: https://forum.canadianwoodworking.co...ser-a-new-home

Here's the thread on the big CC.....follies and all. I'm actually collecting video footage on that one. https://forum.canadianwoodworking.co...urn-to-service

              Cheers,

I assumed he meant your hand planer rather than the Wadkin!

Sorry, didn't read closely. The cut is just fine for what you need it to do, but you can get a Byrd head for those units if you want it.
