      Could be its been out of balance from day one, try small magnets on the blades till it stops.
      It could be something loose , bad bearing or poor fitting shaft.
      Try removing the fan first and start it !

        It sounds to me as if you have something loose inside the cyclone body, is there an air ramp inside perhaps some welds have broken. Is your central air cone tightly attached? Perhaps some of the bolts are loose and need to be tightened, if your running it without ductwork it’s moving more air and under more load than with the ductwork attached.

          Ductwork is attached I just took it off for a moment to see if that would help. A month ago when I put it together everything was tight and secured.
