Default Rockwell Beaver 9 inch Table Saw Cat# 6201

I purchased it about 40 years ago . . . still going strong! Anyone know if it's still possible to locate parts? I could use a side table extension (mod. no. 34-038) and a set of long guide bars (mod. no. 3238) . . . also my rip fence has seen better days (a lot of repairs) - mod. no. 1230005 . . . possibly an original or an "after market" replacement? . . . I retired recently, so a new saw is not very likely . . . If anyone has some ideas, I would really appreciate hearing from you.

    Welcome to the forum....

Your best bet is to hunt on kijiji.... They pop up every once in a while. Hopefully one will appear with the parts you're looking for.

    Good hunting...

kijiji will be your best friend!!
another saw with the parts you need is your best option

or replace the fence with an aftermarket unit. get the long rails and make your own side extension from plywood

redline, accusquare are two aftermarket fences that come to mind

I think I have the rails and extension wings you're looking for - let me know if you are still looking. Only issue would be where 'Grand Island' is...Niagara?

That sounds great! The only problem I see is that Grand Island is just south of the border, near
NF, NY. That puts me about 210 km. from Oshawa, I think. I don't drive any more, so I would
have to find someone willing to make the trip . . . not an impossible thing, but it may take a bit
of time to arrange . . . All I need at this point is the long rails (a router will occupy the space of
one extension wing) . . . how much do you want for them?
    I appreciate the response, bob

Hey Bob. I haven't been out to my garage to check - I'll do that tonight and post back.

You might as well take both wings if someone is coming up, never know when you'd need a second - and I sure don't need it. I guess $20 for all of it? You'd probably have to pay whoever comes to get them. Haha, hadn't really thought about asking for money! Let me double-check everything and get back to you.

Bob, sent you a private message about the rails/wings - I do indeed have them and can hold on to them for as long as you need - no rush.

    Reviving this old thread...

I bought my father an old Rockwell Beaver 9 inch Table Saw Cat# 6201. Reading through this thread I noticed that a number of you guys now where to find spare parts for it. Can anyone please direct me to someone/somewhere to find a side table extension (mod. no. 34-038)? I live in Nanaimo, British Columbia (Vancouver Island). A real challenge to find the parts. Thanks to anybody that can help me. Cheers! SM

I may have one or two but shipping is gonna be a killer

what is the size(front to back), round rails? you may have to do some drilling and taping of the bars

its the same size as the 3200 steve......but these are square on the corners, where the 3200 are rounded on the inside edge to match the main table.......i have an extention here too , but im on the other side of the country. kijiji in nova scotia has about 5-10 rockwell 6201 saws for sale all the time im on it. perhaps out there might be similar. i got 1 saw , with all its parts, and 3/4 hp motor well kept for $75 , and a second one,a little rusty, for free. (which had the other wing)so i have a full parts saw too.
Paws off the saw Travolta --- ya cant have it back brother !

that's what I thought neil, thx. there is another difference too, the bolts for the 6201 are different than the 3200, not an issue here though
